1. Service Agreement
Peaceway provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) services in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Our primary commitment is to provide safe, reliable, and timely transport for individuals requiring ambulatory or wheelchair assistance. We do not provide emergency medical services. In the event of a medical emergency, please call 911.
2. Booking and Accurate Information
Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding their mobility needs, medical conditions relevant to transport, and destination details at the time of booking. This ensures we assign the appropriate vehicle and trained personnel. Failure to provide accurate information may result in our inability to safely perform the transport. All administrative, booking, and onboarding services are conducted virtually.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that medical appointments can change. However, to manage our fleet effectively, we require advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Specific cancellation timeframes and any applicable fees will be detailed during your virtual onboarding process.
4. Passenger Conduct and Safety
For the safety of all passengers and our drivers, clients and their companions must follow the instructions of the driver at all times, particularly regarding the use of seatbelts and wheelchair securement systems. Peaceway reserves the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior poses a safety risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure safe transport, Peaceway Non Emergency Medical Transportation shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the transport service provided.
6. Modification of Terms
Peaceway reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any modifications.
